Manhattan Toy Whoozit Activity Spiral

We own several Manhattan toys and love all of them, but disappointed with this one. It is cute and well constructed. The ball under the minature Mr Whoozit vibrates back up when pulled. The barrel has colorful, soft, satin ribbons and a quiet jingle sound. Unfortunaely, we have never found a good fit for this item. It's not long enough to attach to our stroller or car seat without bunching up or falling off. The spiral stays tight and, even after four months of usage, it won't straighten enough to allow expansion for the baby to easily view or manipulate the toys.
